The ~750 Sq Ft. clean room houses the Nu Plasma MC and the Axiom HR instruments. Within this room, a glass wall partition separates the sample prep lab from the instrument space. Both the lab and instrument spaces have HEPA filtered Class-100 clean hoods (vented). An additional HEPA filtered, vented Class-100 clean hood and 2 HEPA filtered clean benches are available for sample preparation in the conventional lab space. One Milli-Q Plus and two Barnstead Nanopure Infinity water systems provide point-of-use 18.3 M-Ohm water for rinsing, sample dilution, and reagent preparation.
